Every divorce needs another approach as every divorce is different. One couple has already made preparations together and the other couple only recently decided to divorce.
During the intake a roadmap will be made together with you. Afterwards the costs for the procedure will be discussed with you.
Mutual request for divorce or termination of partnership € 825,- (including VAT , legal fee (griffierecht) and attorney’s fee)
Should mediation not be required and both of you already have come to agreements recorded in a settlement agreement (and if necessary a parenting plan), Tara Mediation offers you the possibility to have the mutual request divorce or termination of partnership filed in the Court of Amsterdam.
